I am left handed and also make lists. If I don’t, I forget. I have to disagree with number 6. The best invention ever made are Magic Erasers. I have 3 kids…wall writing and marks are inevitable! #10 cracks me up.

I thought I’d check you out. You had me linked on your blogroll and I was like “who is this”. so now I know!

  2. Tammy

Well, fellow lefty list maker…I’ll have to look into the Magic Erasers. I have just one child.

I found your blog in a random blog post. Isn’t the blogroll like a “favorites”? I’m not a stalker…lol. I like reading about other homeschooling Christian moms.

  3. mybloggerings

I didn’t think you were a stalker. Yep, blogrolls are favorites. I like to use my blogroll so I know which blogs I’ve visited and I liked. I love your pictures…they are beautiful. I’m having problems uploading mine because we got a new computer with Vista…and so everytime I load pictures, the computer freezes.. Maybe I’ll try WordPress. Blogger bogs it down for some reason.

  4. I used to NEVER ever wear pink, until I was pregnant with my first daughter, about three years ago. After three sons, my hubby (and some friends) were afraid I was going to raise her as a super-mega-tomboy, so I thought I’d start wearing pink from time to time as an exercise to bring out my rather latent girliness. I then decided to not be afraid of pink, and do wear it occasionally. I’m still not super-girly, and don’t frequently wear it, but I’m much less resistant to pink than I used to be.

  5. At one time I thought I was going to have a girl, and I wondered how was I going to dress her in pink. It was going to be different. I have one boy, and I am not a girly-girl. That’s funny that other people can be the same way.

  6. Kasha

OK.. why can’t you wear pink? I too am #2 and #3… and would Goo Gone have worked on the GLUE in the GYM!??

  7. Sharon Davis

I’m no fan of Pink either. Give me green or black. :)

  8. S. Le

Everything is cool but the mayo and banana sandwiches. Gag! Sorry, personal taste interviened here.

    Nice blog!

  9. S. Le: The sandwich is surprisingly tasty, but I’ve seen people eat worse like mayo and peanut butter. Yuck!

Thanks for looking at my blog. :-)

  10. Hi Tammy

love the blog, the new sofa, the story about the old bed and the fact that you like mayo and banana sandwiches. I’m working on a post about the strange foods people like. Would you mind if I quote your sandwich?

Hi Tammy! Christy told me about your blog and I thought I would check it out. In case you are wondering I used to be J Robin Cruey. Is there a reunion this year? It is 20 years. My daughter graduated just a few days ago and that reminded me. I had her when I was 20. I have 2 others. One 6 and one 2. I included my email. Bear with me cause I don’t check it that often. You look great by the way. But you always were beautiful. Hope to hear from you.

As you can see I am slightly computer dumb. I don’t have alot of time to fool around with it . That’s why I left you two messages before. Oh well I usually find a way to get my point across. I’ll check my email in a day or two. You me and Christy need to go to lunch one day. Kids always welcome. Mine always tag along. Have a great day!!!

  13. Robin: I sent you an email. Did you get it? Oh, and thanks for the comments. Going out to lunch soon would be awesome! I’ll be in touch.

    • J Robin Collins

I am off work July 1 til July 8. That would be a good week to plan to get together sometime. I got your email. It is so nice to talk to you. Can you believe it has been 20 years since we graduated. I just turned 38 the 11th. I swear the last time I looked I was like 28!

      • Robin: I would love to get together that week! Awesome! I will reply to your recent email so look for it soon.
        Happy belated birthday!

  14. J Robin Collins

Thanks for the birthday wish. I am heading off to work in about 30 minutes. This is my weekend to work but I get 3 weekends off after this on. YA!!!!!! I will be looking for your email. Get with Christy and you two let me know what day you want to get together for lunch and where. Like I said kids welcome. Mine will probably have to come. Well except my oldest. She is always either busy working or with her boyfriend. Talk to ya later. Have a great night. Think of me I will be up all night long.

  15. Man, I wish I had your expertise for organizing! I have stacks of stuff everywhere. Well, I’m not bad enough to appear on Oprah or Clean House.

No pink for you? Some of my favorite pieces are pink. Are you sure you’re not hiding a pair of pink socks in your sock drawer?

  16. Jean: Thanks for the comments. That show Clean House drives me nuts! I feel a panic attack coming on just watching it. LOL

I have to confess, I own a few pink items…not by choice. No pink socks, but the pink underwear came in the pack with the beige and black colors.

  17. Interesting! I also abhor pink. But as for cleaning… definitely NOT! hahahah

  18. Christy: My cleaning is a sickness. At least others treat me as if it is. LOL!
